His unwavering commitment to community service and a fervent passion for driving positive change have solidified his position as an esteemed leader in his local community. In 2019, Sujan embarked on his journey with Team NEPO as the District Representative of TN Tanahun, demonstrating exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment. In this role, he served as a crucial link between the community, District Team, and Central Team. Sujan played a pivotal role in representing the interests and concerns of the district's team members, championing community-based programs, and fostering a sense of unity and shared vision for TN Tanahun. His proactive approach addressed local challenges, promoted civic engagement, and contributed significantly to the district's overall development. Serving as the Provincial Secretary at 2022 of TN Gandaki further highlighted Sujan's dedication to fostering positive change at the provincial level. His achievements during these roles include fostering community engagement, promoting District Teams, and enhancing provincial cooperation. Sujan's contributions reflect not only his leadership skills but also his commitment to building collaborative networks for a more robust community. As he looks ahead to his role as Provincial Coordinator, Mr Sujan envisions establishing sustainable development, strengthening inter-district collaborations, and creating inclusive platforms for participation.
